When the day ends and you have had no time for yourself, the best time to communicate with your higher being is when you are about to sleep. Start with prayers and it is at this time that you should focus and imagine the life you desire and be grateful for the good things that happened to you that day. You should drift off to sleep with these thoughts looking forward to tomorrow. Some people may not realize it but the law of attraction does work especially when you visualize it before sleeping.

There are many things you should be grateful for such as getting a promotion in your workplace after several years of working hard, getting a raise in your salary or even building your own permanent house before retiring. You should be thankful for these things. You should acknowledge that despite having negative thoughts in your past years, good things still come your way. Focus more on the positive side of your life.

After a stressful day at work, you look forward to going home to relax. When you go to sleep, remember to pray first. Avoid being negative and reverse these thoughts. Your sub-conscience is always listening to you.
